Lean is just the beginning

The 20th Century was a seedbed for many developments in the management of organizations. Unfortunately, key findings from that era have not been brought together in a unified form. The result is that organizations are not as responsive to changes and competitive opportunities as could be the case. Information processing systems do not directly reflect the needs of organizations and their social networks. This problem results in wasted time, wasted resources, poor adaptation to change, and poor use of financial resources.

We wish to show you how you can achieve unprecedented performance by combining lean/quality techniques with fluid information processing based on a common business language that you use everyday but have not been taught to fully exploit. Furthermore, we wish to demonstrate how you can apply social networking analysis to bring your people and your partners together in perfect harmony.

This approach will both save you money and increase your performance levels. We refer to it as Methods-Based Management, a scientific approach to improving the performance of your organization. Developed by Dr. Kenneth Tingey, a Research Assistant Professor at Utah State University, Methods-Based Management is an approach to combining the knowledge of your people with the capabilities of your systems and networks to produce substantially higher levels of satisfaction in your clients and customers -- enhancing your competitiveness in the process.
